By now all of you have likely heard about the unprovoked attack on Dolurrh. As a
member nation of the United Concord of Planets, the Thukal Free States wishes to
state in no uncertain terms that, in abiding by the terms stated in our
concordat, the Thukal Free States declares it's full support of the Machine
Empire. All military personnel have been placed on full alert, all Thukal
warships not currently deployed are on standby for immediate departure, and all
civilian sectors have been placed on a wartime footing.
Fleet production has increased by 40%, research and devolopment of Hyperdrive
technology has been given top priority, and the plans for the upgrade of an
offensive Missile Silo on Krestfall have met with the full approval of Thukal
High Commmand.
With this in mind, the Thukal Free States puts forth to vote that, in accordance
with U.C.P. dictates, a state of war be declared by all member nations.

Something else I thought I'd mention. Remember that because the Thukal Free
States have Dark Matter, that we have access to the Black Market. If there is a
specific kind of resource that you need, you can funnel one type of resource
through us, and we can convert it into another type of resource.
Bear in mind that the exchange rate is fluid, but is usually close to 1:2:3.
That is, 1 deuterium is equal to 2 crystal or 3 metal. Obviously 1 crystal is
worth .5 deuterium or 2 metal.
If you are going to take advantage of this, please let me know how much you are
trying to convert before hand, as supply technicians have to make allowances in
our stores for the increased bulk. Remember, 20,000 Deuterium is equal to 60,000
metal, and 40,000 crystal, respectively.

it has finished construction on an Interplanetary Ballistic Missile Silo on
Krestfall.

The IPBM-1H Hollesfaust missile is a hyperspace capable hypervelocity missile.

hyperspace, constantly storing kinetic potential as it does so. Upon achieving a
stored velocity of approximately .4-.6c (estimates are difficult as
instrumentation functions haphazardly in hyperspace) the HPKSA releases this
kinetic energy into the warhead.
Warhead- A simple titanium/crystal lattice rod approximately 2 feet by 10 feet.
Accelerated to .5c, this warhead achieves a kinetic impact to target that is
capable of instantaneously vaporizing significant portions of the planet's
mantel.

are fully available for the use of any allied nation, provided a majority vote.
