The Lagoon where a farmer and his mule drown in an accident. He was plowing a field and the mule spooked and drug them both under. It was used by the Chicago mob as a dumping ground for their victims.

The entrance to the Lagoon legends say it is the home of a 2 headed monster. Many of the old tombstones were tossed into this lagoon by vandals. Boy that kid sure is strong to open up the chain link fence like that.

Places in Tennessee

The Carnton House Back Porch.
The blood stained floors remind us of the bloody battle fought near this home. The house was used as a hospital after the battle. After the battle five confederate generals lay dead on the back porch. The ghost of a woman is sometimes seen upstairs here.

The Carnton House front view.

The Carter House
This house was in some of the thickest fighting during the battle of franklin. Todd Carter died here of mortal wounds inflicted during the battle.

The Old Hurt Cemetary
This cemetary dates back before the civil war. You can even find some rough stone markers here used to mark slaves graves.

An Out-building
of the Carter House still showing many bullet holes.

A grave at a small cemetary near Rebels Rest.
Notice the stange looking thing between the fence rails. I don't remembe this being there when the picture was taken.
