Opera
Opera happens to be one of my favourite genres of music; from the haunting melodies of a tragedy to the spirited choral numbers, the power and awesome-ness (is that a word?) of a good opera is inspiring. Featured here are the works of Guiseppe Verdi, my personal favourite composer. In my opinion, humble though it is, Verdi is one of the, if not THE, greatest composer of 1800s. For a short bio of Verdi click *here.
I've tried to include all his major works. Not all of these sites are up yet, so please be patient, I'm working on them. The ones with the *asterisks* are working. And yes, I'm working on the pics of my holiday, so quit complaining. Yes, I can hear that, so stop. Thank you. Anyway...
- Nabucco: This was Verdi's first great success as an Italian composer. An opera in four acts set in ancient Babylon.
