TWA Flight & the Philadelphia Experiment This puts an interesting spin on both occurences, and links the two together. If you go to the homepage that it came from, there are some more interesting, and question raising things to read about.

The Dark Side of the Net Interesting stuff here on just about everything weird you could want to know about.

New Orleans Cemetery & Voodoo Pages This will give some insite into one of the most historic, interesting, and fun towns in the nation. One of my personal favorites!

Ebola Zaire Fan Club Look at what has it's own fan club! The things you can find on the net while working a mid watch... But that's not all... It seems that you don't even have to been alive in any sense of the word to have your own website. Check this next one out.

Jack the Ripper That's right folk! Jack has his own site, and he's been dead for well over a hundred years now. I checked it out, and even did a search on him, and came up with over 1000 sites! I wonder what that says about us as a race? I wonder what it says about me for putting it on my picks page! But I did say, unusual stuff... Guess you didn't believe me, huh?

Fantasy Stuff

Wheel of Time Pages This is a good place to start, if you enjoy this series. Lots of good links, plus info about the forthcoming game.

Boye Gallery This is, by far, the best gallery for WoT images on the net. And I think I've seen them all, so I know. Not all the pictures are what I see in my head, but then some are so close, it's eerie.

The World of Krynn A good page for the world of Dragonlance novel lovers, which I am.

Knightlore's Domain A very impressive site that I enjoy, and go to often to see how it's changed.

Elfwood Art There is a lot, and I do mean A LOT, of fantasy art here. It takes a while to load, but the images are worth it.

Fun Stuff

X-Files Alright, this isn't the official homepage. It's a links page, but I usually start here, pick a page, and go. Lots of good ones. And who can resist anything that has to do with this show?

South Park For those of us that enjoy this twisted cartoon, Kenny happens to be my personal favorite, this is a site that has the most complete listing of all the websites. So if you can't find it here, it probably doesn't exist.

Buckeye's Led Zeppelin Page A great place for Zeppelin fans!

Message Mates These are animated images that you can attach to emails. They're lots of fun. I've sent a few to Frank, and some friends, and they always enjoy them.

The Straight Dope This page has nothing to do with the drug. It is a column written by someone that answers those questions that everyone wonders, but no one has the guts to admit. Like "Is peanut butter really more harmful than nuclear power?" Enjoy it, ya might learn something. I usually do.

The Bored Cafe Another place found on a mid watch. Still, I've wasted more than a few hours here.

Miscellaneous Stuff

I say miscellaneous because I don't know any other catagory to puts these last ones in. They don't really match, but I enjoy them, and use them just the same.

Sawtooth Wolf Pack I go here often to check up on my sponsered wolf, Kamots. Go have a look, and while you're there, tell him I said hi.

Unleashed Whenever I get bored with my desktop theme, and believe me, that's quite often, I simply go here, and get a new one. The only hard part is choosing which one I want.

ICQ This is a great program for those who are on the net a lot. You can find out when friends are on, if they also have it, and "chat" with them, real time. I've tried Powwow, and this is better.

Amazon Books When I'm not on the computer, I can always find, and receive a good book quickly. (Frank has found that the delivery time is very quick. Within two days, if ordered online, which for Hawaii is great!) Go check it out...

REI And for when I leave the house, this is where I get the gear. Your one stop outdoor shop! And when you become a member, they give you special deals on gear, repairs, classes, and even money back at the end of the year!

Download.com This site has a lot of shareware, and if it doesn't have it, it can point you in the right direction.

Planetary Pictures I've always liked looking at pictures of the planets, and this site has some pretty cool ones. Especially the one of the Earth and the Moon. (It's on my desktop as we speak.)

Gumbo Pages While in New Orleans, I fell in love with the food, and have been looking for recipes that tasted like the real thing. Well, this place has them! From red beans and rice, to rice pudding, it's here! And my tastebuds are happy!

Wine Selector And if you enjoy wine, but don't know enough about it to choose a good one, this little ditty can help! Just answer a few questions, and it will give you a list to choose from. A good thing for beginners without knowledgable friends.
