Congratulations go out to ~~three~~ ~~four~~ ~~five~~ ~~SIX~~ EIGHT! of our GaFiA-nikim. Bill and Brenda Sutton were voted into the Filk Hall of Fame at FilkOntario 2001, Rob Wynne was named Interfilk Guest for OVFF 2002, Teri Wachoviak was the American filk guest at the Quinze Filk Festival in England in February 2003, Robert B. Cooke was Interfilk Guest for FilkOntario 2003 and Adam Selzer was the Interfilk Guest for Consonance 2005. Gwen Knighton is the international guest and Dave Rood is the Interfilk Guest for Consonance 2007!!!

I've changed the way the monthly notifications go out. Click on the icon above. It will take you to a site called filknet.org. What you do is sign in, creating your own personal password. Then, click on "web interface." You'll find a list of newsgroups to join. To get the electronic notification, click on "GaFiA-announce." What you want to do then is to find where it says something like "join this list" and put your e-mail there. If you don't want to go through all that, just drop me an e-mail asking to join the list and I'll put you on it.
