Cons & Costumes
Well another Lunacon is History. This year marks my
13th trip to the convention and boy did it show! Problems plagued the
actual trip to the con, from various people backing out at the last minute
(which is not unusual,) to my partner in the Masquerade having her appendix
removed days before the con! (She wound up going regardless)
All in
all it was fun, tho the Masquerade costume presentation (pics will be up
shortly) did have a major screw-up. Despite this, we were awarded: "Most
Beautiful" in the Craftsman class for our presentation entitled: Fire and
Water
When I get the pictures from the '98 Masquerade, I will add the appropriate gallery below...
If
anyone has pictures of Costumes from Lunacons before 1997, I would love to be
able to post them here. If you have the picture scanned, just send me the
picture file (.jpg or .gif) and a short blurb about your costume. If you need
to have the picture scanned, I can do this for you, just Email me and I will
send you my address. If you have pictures of a costume from another convention
or Halloween or such, just Email
me with a pic of the costume and details like where you presented it and what
year, etc... I'll be happy to post it in a Gallery here!
