The area has closed its doors to new players for a while - I'm moving to America and need to see what sort of player base I can sustain in my new situation.
Harlequin games run an area called Exile which developed from Saturnalia but has several important differences.
The new Exile GM is Marcus Taylor (as of early 2001).
For a more Saturnaliary Saturnalia experience you could contact Simon Peck who runs the North East of Erythria (see link below)or Ash Casey who runs the Serpent Isles (see link).
