A time when things were "just okay" even if you weren't the norm, A time when it was smiled upon to be able to mourn.

Today is different though, a world I cannot grasp. A world without tears or pride, only bitches once called tight ass. PC terms abound or Politically Correct, what's so right about this discretion? In this country we respect.

When once we could be free and casual in our lives, we now strive to be equals in other peoples eyes. Well what's so great about that? I ask while staring into skies. Each day the blues a different shade by god cover your eyes!

I was born equal to no one and no one equal to me, for I am myself and this I'm proud to be. Now in times of freedom, we'd all expect to be. Free as we once were before this tragedy.

"Take down your flags!" They march and scream all day. With their picket signs and hags, they wish it a different way. But what's so wrong with how it was? Not politically correct, in this country where the only buzz is who does what and when.

Be gay, abort if you wish, wear plaid with stripes, if that is your dish. Be black be white, be green if that's for you. But please oh please don't tell me what to do.

Don't sue or fine me for doing what was okay, just go about your goddamn lives, it's just another day!

I say leave us alone, we don't all have to agree, cause that's what makes us equals, our ability to disagree. Opinions are like assholes, but so are all these claims, everyone seems to have one and everyone's to blame.
