Last summer holiday, I went to stay with my German friend Carmen, and her family.
Carmen is the one sitting with me in this photo.
This is Carmen with her sister Thea.
This is me, Carmen, and one of Carmen's friends. Sitting on a bridge. Carmen was rather tired by this point, and was pouting a lot. Carmen's friend was a little dappy. She forgot it was her birthday. Oh, and just after this photo was taken, she realised she'd lost her trousers (no comment).
She later found them in a department store.
This is us again, having done more shopping, and about to do some sight-seeing. Don't know exactly what I was thinking about when this photo was taken, but I can't see what my left arm is doing in this photo.
Sigh.
