I am Warlord Khatal epetai-H'aaWK, House Leader and commander of the Klingon ship,The Emperor's Hand. A ship that by its very sight, strikes mortal fear in the hearts of our enemies! My crew, the fiercest most unrelenting of warriors in this part of the galaxy! Our home now is DaK'vr, the last outpost of the Klingon empire. Beyond the outpost lies the frontier. The Undiscovered Country where priviteer captains prey on merchant vessels and plunder to the point where normal commerce and the economy of planets are sometimes threatened! It makes no difference what flag a starship travels under. We turn our hands against all and all are fair game! There is no law out here in the frontier, but my will!
