THE TENTH PLANET

As we have seen there was a planet between Mars and Jupiter containing lot of water and probably life on it, there was another planet beyond Neptune at that time which would be our 10th planet. It was also destroyed, not during that cycle, but during another encounter much after that. Maybe after 800 m years. One of its satellites might have been left out of destruction, which is still wobbling and rotating round sun even now, known as Pluto.

The debris of 10th planet have been totally thrown outwards, much of it escaping the solar system and some of it remaining in the system as a belt formed in the outer most trajectory, known as Oort cloud now. Many of our comets are thought to be coming out of the Oort cloud. Some of them may have been left out from our encounters with Trails of clusters at a regular interval.

We can go a step further in our exploration. But before we do that one more point at this stage only. That is regarding presence of lot of water on the planet which broke down 3 b years ago. Let us call it Janur, just for the sake for our convenience. As we have said that lots of its fragments fell on all nearby planets something extra-ordinary happened to them too. Some of them might have merged in the rings of the outer planets, ie Jupiter and Saturn. But some of the fragments – slightly bigger in size got captured by the gravity of Saturn and Jupiter.

They started revolving round these planets as their satellites! Not only that these satellites could also have attracted flying fragrances by their sides which fell on them and settled there. Many of them contained water which subsequently was frozen down. These satellites of Saturn and Jupiter are observed now and have been assumed to have gathered back with fragrances of their own breaking down due to some unknown reasons!!

In fact they are made out of fragrances of Janur when it broke down due to collision with a big ball in the trails of one of the clusters and heavy shower of meteors on the solar system during the encounter.

This gives us a clue, the very important clue of (Life could have developed on Janur) existence of water and life on Janur.

We can assume that in the beginning of the solar life it may not be encountering the clusters or trails of clusters. First billion years might have just gone in its soleness rotating round the center. At the rate of 200 m years per rotations it makes about first 5 rotations blank, plain and simple. May be its sixth or seventh rotations too could have gone plain.

It might have then come across a cluster or a trail of it and only once in its whole rotation. Another five or six rotations could have gone with only one encounter where as it could have started two encounters per rotation then onward – slowly the encounters could have increased to the present rate of 5 encounters per rotations! This could be happening for last 1.5 b years which is last 7 or 8 rotations. This is just a possibility one can think of, logically.

All above calculations based on presently known life of sun (solar system) at 5.5 b years and of our galaxy at 12 b years. As we have now realized that there is possibility of universe being about 20 b years old, there is a possibility of solar life greater than what it is being calculated, may be about 8 b years old. This age of sun and subsequently solar system gives a better and perfect chance of life being evolved and developed on Janur.

We shall go into more details of this when we shall discuss about the existence of life in Universe. But at this point we wish to discuss a very important point now about the development of our solar system.

Any star in the beginning of its life is sole and consisting of major portion 99.9% hydrogen. How a star is born is a separate issue which we shall deal when the time comes. Now we shall discuss only happenings in life of star after its birth, keeping in view the life of our own sun in the center.

We have seen earlier how a satellite of a planet increases, decreases or gets converted into ring. We have also seen how a planet gets destroyed to form a ring round the sun. It would now be easy to understand if I say that a planet gets increased or decreased during such encounters!

This could be more easily understood if we come across the cluster itself rather than its trail. The super nova debris in the cluster is so rich in balls of different sizes (5000 to 50000 km in dia) and gaseous clouds of different chemical constituents that during one encounter itself the sun will emerge out with 5 or 6 big planets round it and may be 50 or more balls being swallowed by it!

During two or three encounters with the super nova debris the Sun could have outlined its present form of its family with a change here or there during its next encounters with the trails.

It is time now to expand our imagination further. All stars in our galaxy are known to be rotating round the center, a Black hole at the center. As all stars are moving round and in almost one plane. We can visualize that all stars have chance to come across the supernova debris – inform of clusters and trails of clusters. There are few hundred billions of such clusters moving around freely in all directions as invisible matter in our galaxy. A star ahead of us would have hardly crossed a trail when we would enter it. Many times it could so happen that few of our neighbouring stars are crossing the same cluster simultaneously!

Thus every star in our galaxy has a chance of having planetary system! May be all don’t have nine planets, some will have only three but some will have twenty!

If all the stars have planetary systems like ours why can there be life only on solar systems. It cannot be. Many have life on them. Some in the beginning stage, some in developed stage and some in advanced stage than us! Well, where can we find them? and how ?

We shall discuss this in our chapters to come.
