Surprisingly good but more sick then a "Freddy Kruger" movie. I thaught it was pretty sad when Jason Stone died in the first "shoot-out". Actually, I thaught EVERY death in the movie was sad. Especially when Marsha Dale was crushed by the chandelear. But altogether, it was HILARIOS!
Especially when the Martians were running down the street blasting humans into skeletons, and they had the translator saying "Don't run! We come in peace!".
I must say, this one of my favourite movies!

I saw the movie yesterday; it was great! - Local newspaper gave poor review, but obviously the critic was looking for a serious-type of movie. ...................Rich

I think that is about the way it would be too, if they did invade on a large scale, old jack played it to a tee, it reminded me of one flew over the KO KO s nest and Tom Jones was funny too, I sure got a lick out of the QuickTime too, that is about the way this country is any more,we have enough illegal aliens around any way now we will have just plain aliens jack reminded me of Nixon. Out.

Nicely funny, but really not as funny as I thought it would be. It will good to get "buzzed" and see with some rowdie friends.
The best thing was paying homage to some of the great flicks of the past, namedly: *Earth vs. the Flying Saucers*, *Attack of the Killer Tomatoes*, and *Ack ack, ack!*.

Could they have possibly made a better movie this year. It's all I've dreamed of. This was the best movie I've seen all year. I thought it would be a big joke on " Independence Day " but this movie was just good by itself. AND hey hey hey Jack Nicholson... great job,,,beautiful. I'll watch again and again if my girlfriend will let me.

Without a doubt, " Mars Attacks! " was one of the coolest movies I have ever seen. I even liked it better than " Independence Day " . It was also very Tim Burton. One of the things that made it really neat was the props were made to look generic. The spaceships for example looked like something out of an old sci-fi movie. If you like fun & wacky movies, GO SEE IT! As soon as I saw that cool begining I knew that this movie would not let me down. I'm seeing it again tommorrow. If you enjoy space spoofs try the movie "Spaceballs".
