i hope everyone like the pics of my vacation, i am separating the pages out so that i loads faster, i hope you like it, and come back a few times i will try to keep adding and changing pictures
On my first trip i went to Ann Arbor, Phoenix, and Colorado Springs, with a trip to Dayton and several hours on Chicago. I had a blast of course hehehe i have said it many times. Of all the cities i liked Phoenix the best, i would love it there if i could get rid of the heat, it is so hot there. I will talk more about it on that page. Colorado Springs i have the most pictures, that is when i went picture happy, i should have sooner. and will when i take another trip. I don't have any pictures really of Ann Arbor, but i plan to go there again, i really didn't stay there long enough. I am already trying to plan more trips for each summer, now that i have started to travel i don't plan to stop, but hopfully i can afford to take a plane more often. The train is nice but too slow for my tastes. .
My second trip i took was down to see a friends in South Carolina. I took the bus and it was a 16 hours ride. That wouldn't have been so bad if it has been one bus. i could have at least slept, but nooooo it was 4 different buses so the only sleep i got was on the last bus when i was too tired to keep my eyes open, and even then it was only about 2 hours of sleep. I was there a week, and have some pics but never got the film developed. hehe guess i will have to find it.

| My 3rd and most recent trip was to Spain. First time flying and boy was i nervious before hand but it wasn't bad at all and now that i know that it is almost certain i won't hardly take the train or bus except for trips under 8 hours or so. Oh where to start about spain hehe. Well it is hard to communicate thats for sure. My spanish really does suck wish i was better at it maybe in time it will became that way but it isn't anywhere near that right now. The country though is really beautiful i got tons of pics which are costing me a fortune to develop (about 120 bucks.)I only spent a week there but it was great. It felt like it was forever because we did so much each day but it also ended way too soon. I spent a fortune there, I bought 4 swords and wow what swords they are. Totally awesome! We stayed in Madrid but did day trips around. The best i think was Toledo, but that is where i got to look at all the cool swords and i love to shop so i am partial to there. The lookout point that looks onto the city is wonderful though. In Segovia we went into a old castle and up the tower, i pity anyone who might be claustrophobic though the stairs are very narrow and winding and it has to have people going both up and down. Even i was feeling he tightness. Well i have have the pics on the web page soon and i hope that turn out great.
I hope my tails of my trips have made your wander lust kick in. If like me you don't have much money to spend on traveling i would suggest hostels, and no that isn't hotels spelled wrong. Hostels are something very different, and unique. Much cheaper then a hotel they add character to your trip where as a hotel is just a place to sleep and adds nothing to your trip (or takes away hopfully). Hostels.com is a place that can tell you more about what hostels are and where to find them, they have most of the hostels in the world, and i will tell you that is a LOT. Greyhound has there times and costs in a dateabase that will tell you from almost any city your travel time and cost to most any city. If the city you are in and the one you want to go to has a station, it is in the database. The costs are the most they will be, you can often get better prices by buying more then 3 days in advance of leaving or looking for one of there many special offers they have at different times of the year. It can save you time and frustation when planing your trip. I have done all i could to try to help you make a trip for yourself. If you do take a trip i hope you have as much fun as i get out of my trip. Life will never be boring so long as there is one place i have never been. |
