At the American Institute of Taekwondo, we do not believe one style is supreme.  We believe that each style holds strengths and weaknesses, and we attempt to find the strengths of each style and incorporate them into our style of Tae Kwon Do.

Achievement is believed and understood to be different among all people.  One might want to learn self-defense, and another might want to improve their physical fitness.  We attempt to find each individual’s goals and help them achieve them.
