The Ring of Worlds is full! Our Universe can hold no more!

Put another way, I have my hands full with my own life. Managing the Ring of Worlds is getting more time consuming, so I had to make a decision: either destroy the ring, or close it to new entries. I chose to close it. Maybe now I'll be able to manage what's already there as sites move, go down, etc.

Will I ever open it again? I don't think so. But there are many other fine rings at Webring, and you're always free to create your own!
