This article is available at QuaSyLaTic Knowledgebase

Introduction

This is an example of formulation of business coaching proposal from the first interview with potential client.

The first interview is very important as it explores the context for in-depth content to be designed.

This example shows the focus on knowledge and skills as the source of energy for change. It also demonstrate the effective learning process if the program is adopted and accepted by potential client, as the emphasis is on producing business / desired results.

The proposal will vary from business to business, person to person, or organization to organization.
