Arising from a facilitation workshop designed and facilitated by this QuaSyLatic, among all participants, a tremendous energy was built up with high enthusiasm and declared personal commitment to take up personal action towards realization of their shared visions, this paper shares with the QuaSyLaTic members the design of the facilitation workshop and its delivery, inclusive of all the Powerpoint slides used to deliver the facilitation service.

There are many factors that contributed to the passionate behaviour of the participants, highlight is made only on the design of a conducive learning environment and facilitation skills that draw up the latent energy of the participants.
