This article is about teamwork and communication in the setting of a NPO (Non-Profit Organization). Members come together voluntarily with the aim of serving the community.
It is obvious that there is no cohesiveness and commitment among members. Neither are there any creative ideas in better serving the community. The NGO has little influence and impact on the community.
Behavioral pattern-wise, members are merely courteous to each other, trying to rock no boat most of the time.
This article explores the underlying structures that give rise to such pattern of behavior.
