Brief
Introduction
This article is about a teaching experimentation on Learning Organization for a group of senior executives. It reviews the degree of learning with respect to behavioral changes or no change of the participants. Focus in made particularly on their expressed difficulties in Systems Thinking, although most concluded that the 3-day “Experiencing Learning Organization” workshop was a good experience and good learning. Undersigned was the workshop facilitator and lecturer on the theories on Learning Organization.
