Brief
Introduction
For the past one year or so, an old non-government body / non-profit organisation has experienced poor morale and sentiment among members who are volunteers. The foundation of the organisation is supposed to be build on good fellowship, who jointly undertake community projects. The veteran members lament the poor state and regret that it was not the same as the good old days. The few newer members are frustrated that there is no challenge to look forward to.
Generally, the expresions of the poor state of affaris are : lack of leadership, lack of fellowship, teamwork, lack of comittment. As such there is little community projects, or projects not well implemented.
This QuaSyLaTic facilitator / coach was requested to help to facilitate a workshop session, given the freedom to design the facilitation session to suit.
The methodology used, designed for 20 persons participation, 1.5 hours, is summarised herewith.
