PROGRAM OUTLINE |
This program provides better understanding about various symptoms that we face in our individual life or organizational life. The symptoms can be issues or problems on business performance, productivity, lack of teamwork, or personal challenges like attaining personal goals in life, personal finance etc. It offers some new concepts and tools for us to look deeper into the underlying root causes and help to design new structures to effect desired outcome. This experiential program helps participants to review their belief systems and become more conscious of the thought patterns that govern their behavior. It also helps to illustrate the interdependent relationship between individual visions and organizational visions for win-win results. The program introduces new focused areas and roles for managers or leaders to realize shared visions with collective participation.. |

Ths program focuses on faciliation skills using predominantly Learning Organisation five disciplines. It aims to effect better team learning, leading to personal mastery and shared visions. It emphases the importance of learning facilitator as a designer in order to produce a desire outcome from group interaction. Participants are expected to be familar with the five disciplines of Learning Organisation e.g. attended EOL - Experiencing Organisational Learning. Ths program outlines the structure and process for developing effective thinking skills. It makes a clear distinction between structure, process and techniques on thinking. Participants will benefit from this program by realising the need to have a structured and disciplined approach to thinking as a set of competency / skills, thereby establishing a clear direction / focus for further exploration and creativity thinking.
