Hara Masala Chicken

 

Ingredients:

 

Chicken                          2 kg (cut into small pieces)

Yogurt                           ½ kg

Hara Dhania                    1 cup (Corriander leaves)

Green Chillies                  8-10 finely ground

Garlic paste                     2 tsp

Ginger paste                   2 tsp

Black pepper                   1 tsp

Salt                               as per taste

Cooking Oil                     ½ cup

Tumeric Powder              ½ tsp

 

Method:

Wash the chicken, grind dhania and green chillies and mix in the yogurt. Take a deep pan and heat oil, now put the chicken in it along with the salt, keep on stirring it for 2-3 minutes, now add garlic and ginger paste along  with the tumeric powder, and keep on stirring.

Let the chicken get tender on medium heat without adding any water. Now add the yogurt mixture to the chicken and cook over medium heat.

When the gravy thickens add the ground black pepper, mix it for a few seconds and take off the heat. Hara Masala chicken is ready to serve.

 

 

Chicken/Meat  Pullao

 

Ingredients:

Sabut Dhania                  2 tbl spoon

Rice                               5 cup ( for 5-6 people)

Sabut Soanf                   1 tsp

Salt                               as per requirement

Onions                           3 medium size

Sabut Lahsun                  5 slices

Adrak Lahsun                  ¾ cup

 

Method:

To prepare the yakhni, first boil up the chicken with onions, sabut lahsun, garlic, sabut hghghghjhjhjdhania, sabut soanf and salt as required.

After boiling it, keep it separate as the yakhni is now prepare.

Then cut one onion and fry it in the cooking oil until it is brownish colour, then fry grinded adrak lahsun in it and then add ¾ cup Dahi and keep on frying it. Then add the chicken and fry it for some time.

Then take the Rice and add into it with chicken. Then boil it with the yakhni into it.

Mango Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

Condensed Milk   1 tin

Paneer                           200 gm

Gelatine             2 tbsp

Mango                           250 gm, chopped in cube form

Cream                            whipped (1/2 cup)

 

Method:

First of all, take the gelatine and dissolve it in ¼ water for 10 minutes. Put the small cup into a frypan containing water, keep warming it up until it is dissolved.

Take the mashed paneer and add it into a bowl. Then add condensed milk and gelatine as well. Then mix it with a mixer and add chopped mangoes into it.

Then mix it well with the mixer. Then add the crème at the end and mix it with hand. Pour it into a bowl and chill it in the refrigerator till chilled !!!!


Hot Chocolate Fudge

 

Ingredients:

Plain Dark Chocolate         200 gm

Boiling Water                  500 ml

Condensed Milk   2 tbsp

Cream                            50 ml

Cocoa Powder                2 tsp

Vanilla Ice cream 3 scoops

Nuts                              to garnish

 

Method:

Melt the chocolate in a pan by making a double  boiler.

That mean, if you put the chocolate in a fry pan, then take another bowl with boiling water and put it under the fry pan, so that the chocolate receives steam from that boiling water.

Then take another fry pan, put condensed milk, cream, and cocoa powder  in a pan and mix on slow heat. Now add this mixture to the melted chocolate and mix it together.

Put the hot chocolate on vanilla ice cream, and granish with nuts and serve


Plum Jam

 

Ingredients:

Plums                            2 kg

Water                            as per requirement

Sugar                            1 ½ - 2 kg

Citric acid                       one cutki

 

Method:

Take at least 2 kg of plums and very little water and cook it for atleast 15 minutes.

Then take a chalni and put it into to be drained.

Then take that mixture and add it into the bowl again. Then take sugar atleast 1 ½ - 2 kg. Then keep on stirring and add citric acid (one chutki) in it.

Then cook it for 1 hour.

 


Doughnuts

 

Ingredients:

Yeast                            25 gm

Salt                               to taste

Sugar                            100gm

Oil                                 30 gm

Water                            1 litre

Maida                             1 kg

Powdered sugar  as per req.

 

Method:

Take yeast atleast 25 gm. Then add salt to taste and sugar 100 gm, also add 30 gm oil and water 1 litre. Then mix it well. Then add Maida atleast 1 kg and mix it well.

Then prepare it as roti is made by using fry maida and bailun, make it in a roti shape.

Then after make a big roti take a round glass and cut it in the shape a doughnut.

Then take a fry pan and deep fry it  into it.

When it is brown enough take it out and add powdered sugar all over it.

And if we want to make chocolate doughnuts, then dip it into chocolate from one side.

It is ready to be served.


Amras

 

Ingredients:

Condensed Milk   ½ tin

Mangoes                        3 medium size

Milk                               1 cup

 

 

Method:

Mash the mangoes first.

Then take a bowl, add condensed milk and cold milk together and mix it very well.

Transfer it into another bowl to chill it into the fridge.


Vanilla Ice Crème with Hot Chocolate Sauce

 

Ingredients:

For Vanilla Ice crème:

Condensed Milk   ¾ tin

Cold Milk             1 ½ cup

Crème                           1 ½ cup (whipped)

Vanilla essence                1 tsp

 

For Chocolate Sauce:

Condensed Milk   ¼ tin

Cold Milk             ½ cup

Cocoa                            3 tbsp

Unsalted butter               50 gm

 

Method:

 

Vanilla Ice crème:

Take milt with ¾ condensed milk and add vanilla essence and beat it together.

Then use the beater to mix it. After it is mixed, pour the whipped crème into the mixture and mix it well. Then shift the mixture into an aluminium tray and cover it with  aluminium foil and then freeze it. After it is half set, take it out and beat it again with the beater and cover it again and freeze it.

 

Chocolate Sauce:

Take a bowl, add cocoa powder and milk and mix it well.

Then add ¼ condensed milk into it and also 50 gram unsalted butter.

Then start cooking it until it becomes thicker and dark brown.

 

After the ice crème is ready, pour the chocolate sauce over it and then serve it


K E C H A N G

 

Ingredients:

Condensed Milk               ½ tin

Chopped fruits                Banana, Orange, Apple, Grapes

Lemon Juice                   1 tbsp

Jelly                               2 cups (Strawberry or cherry)

Sugar Syrup                    10 tbsps (Coloured and flavoured 2-3 colours)

Crushed Ice                    4 cups

 

Method:

Take  long Cups.

First add lemon juice in the fruits then add the fruits layer in the cup first.

Then add the Jelly, and pour condensed milk and add crushed ice with coloured syrups.

It is ready to be served.


Orange Sorbet

 

Ingredients:

Condensed Milk   ½ tin

Orange Juice

 

Method:

Take ½ tin condensed milk and nix it with orange juice.
Then pour it into the Ice Tray and then freeze it.

Chicken Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

Chicken              boiled and shredded

Salt                               as per taste

Ajino moto                      

Black pepper                  

Garlic sauce                    ½ cup

Soya sauce                     1 tsp

Ajinomoto                      1 tsp

Tomato ketchup 2 tsp

Hot sauce                      1 tsp

 

Method:

Boil the chicken with pepper, salt and ajinomoto. And keep it separate.

 

Shred the chicken into small pieces that has been boiled.

Take  a bowl, add oil and put chicken into it and fry it.

Then after frying it for few mins, add ½ cup garlic sauce, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp ajinomoto, tomato ketchup 2 tsp and hot sauce 1 ts and black pepper also.

Then keep on stirring it until it is mixed enough and the oil comes up, then add the chicken yakhni into it and keep on cooking it until it is mixed enough.

 


Chicken Fried rice or Spagetti

Ingredients:

Chicken              boiled and shredded

Salt                               as per taste

Ajino moto                      

Red Chilli                          “ “

Tomato ketchup or

Chilli garlic sauce  8 tblsp

Soya sauce                     1 tsp

Hot sauce                      1 tblsp

Maggi chilli sauce 8 tblsp

 

 

 

Method:

Fry this sauce with oil for a while till all the mixed vegetables get tender.

Then mix it with  the rice or the spagetti.

 


Chicken with Cashenuts

 

Ingredients:

 

Oil                                 ½ litre

Chicken              Diced boneless 200 gm

Salt                               as per taste

Ajino moto                      

Corn flour                       1 tbsp

Egg                               1

Onion (diced)                 1

Carrott (diced)                1

Peas                              100gm

Cashenuts (fried) 20 gm

Chicken stock water        4 tbsp

 

Method:

 

Take a boneless chicken and cut it into dice form and place it into a bowl. Then marinate the chicken with salt, cornflour ½ tbsp and the whipped egg for 15 minutes. Take a karahi and heat oil and fry the marinated chicken pieces , drain and keep aside.

Take another

 

Boil the chicken with pepper, salt and ajinomoto. And keep it separate.

 

Shred the chicken into small pieces that has been boiled.


Chicken Corn Soup

 

Method I:         Ingredients:

 

Chicken              boiled and shredded

Salt                               as per taste

Ajino moto                      

Black pepper                  

Soya sauce                     1 tsp

Ajinomoto                      1 tsp

Green Chilli                     3

Red Chilli                        2 tsp

Egg                               3

Chicken corn cubes          2

Corn                              1

 

Method:

 

Take a Karahi, and add 2 litre water into it with the chicken corn cubes. Then mix it well, and add 3 eggs into it and keep on mixing it well.

Then take  the corn and boil it and after boiling it, chop the corn into small pieces. Then add this corn into the chicken stock, that is the one in the karahi. Then start boiling.

Then take the shredded chicken and mix it into the Karahi. Keep on boiling it.

Then take another bowl, add water and corn flour into it and put it separate.

Then add soyasauce, salt, sugar, ajinomot into the boiling karahi and mix it well.  Then add black pepper and take the corn flour paste that has been prepared and mix it into it.

Keep cooking for few secs and then it is ready to be served.

After the soup is boiled enough then add the egg prepared before into it.

 

Green Chilli Sauce

Take  3 green chilli and cut it into strips. Take one bowl, add vinegar into it and mix it well with the green chilli

 

Red Chilli Sauce

Take  2 tsp red chilli. Take a bowl, add  vinegar, ½ tsp sugar, and salt  and add the red chilli and mix it well..

Imli ki chatni

 

Ingredients:

Imli                                ½ pao

Lal Sabut Mirch                6

Green Chillis                    8

Salt                               to taste

Hara Dhania                    ½ gaddi

Zeera                            1 tsp

 

Method:

 

Take  a mixer and mix all the ingredients and add imli into it.


Timatar ki chatni

 

Ingredients:

 

Tomatoes                      ½ kg

Onions                           4 – 5 small size

Green Chilli                     6

Red Chilli                        as per taste

Salt                              

Haldi                              1 tsp

Cooking oil                      as per taste

 

Method:

 

Take  a bowl, add oil in to and fry onions until they are dark brown, then add add the rest of the ingredients and keep on frying it.

Potato & Egg Salad

 

Ingredients:

Potatoes                        2 cups (boiled+cubed)

Eggs                              2 cups (boiled+cubed)

Onion                            1 chopped

Mayonnaise                     ½ cup

Coriander/Podina             2 tsp (paste)

Green chillies                   2 chopped

Salt                               as per taste

 

 

Method:

 

Take  a clean bowl and add the paste of Hara Dhania and Podina.

Then add Mayonnaise, salt, Green Chillies and chopped onions.

Then mix it well. Finally add boiled potatoes and boiled eggs and mix it well.


Crunchy Chicken Salad

 

Ingredients:

Hot and sweet sauce       4 tbsp

Chicken              2 cups (boiled + shredded)

Mayonnaise                     1 cup

Spring Onions                 1 cup (cut into strips)

Walnuts greens               ½ cup (chopped)

Capsicium                       ½ cup (cut into strips)

 

 

Method:

 

Take a bowl and add Mayonaise and then Hot and sweet sour.

Mix it well. Then add shredded chicken, spring onions and capsicium and mix it well.

Then add chopped walnuts and mix it well.


 

Noodle Salad

 

Ingredients:

Masala Noodles    1 packet

Cabbage                        1 cup (shredded)

Capsicum                        1 (cut into strips)

Yogurt                           3 cups (beaten)

Green Chillies                  2 (chopped)

Coriander leaves  2 tbsp (chopped)

Salt                               ½ tsp

 

Method:

 

Take  a clean bowl and add dahi, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, capsicum and shredded cabbage  and mix it well.

Then add boiled Noodles into it and mix it well.
