P3X-422 unknown Presumably a garden world, similar to Nasya in environment, where Nasyan refugees were settled.

P3X-593 Simarka A varied garden world, much like Earth.  Judging from the initial light quality, it could be an orange sun.

P3X-797 Land of Light A tidally-locked world.  Quite warm, the night side is heavily forested, while the day side is more open.  
P3X-866 unknown This appears to be a relatively young world, or at least a volcanically active one.  The oceans provide atmospheric oxygen.  The world orbits a gas giant, along with at least three other major moons.  
P3X-888 unknown A garden world, and the origin of the Goa'uld and the Unas.  It is orbited by two moons, one of which is red.  But both are Lunar-like.

P5C-768 Edora Edora is a garden world with two moons, Mars and Luna-like.  It's orbit yearly intersects a thick asteroid belt, causing massive meteor showers.  Planet I is Mercurian, II is Mars-massed, III is smaller than II, and IV is Edora.  A gas giant orbits beyond the Belt.  
P5R-357 unknown Likely at least semi-habitable, as it is (or was) a Goa'uld world.

P8X-987 Hanka Marked by extensive agricultural plains, this is a garden world.  However, it is a wide binary system, with the distant primary being a black hole orbited by a K V star.  The planet, therefore, is likely to have been terraformed.  
P9C-292 Kheb A lush garden world near a rich blue and red nebula.  It has a single Selenian moon.  
P9Q-281 unknown A binary system, made up of a main sequence G-star, and sub-giant companion.  An Ancient outpost, possibly abandoned when the companion moved off of the main sequence.    
P9X-391 unknown Desert world heavily wracked by major sandstorms.  Ruins of an Ancient science outpost.
