Attachments to E-Mail Using Netscape

To send as many attachments as you wish of any type of file
(word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, sound, etc.)
to transmit along with your e-mail message, follow these steps: 1) Create the file, assigning a name and then close the file. 2) Remember the file's folder location.
(Ex: "e-mail file.wpd" in WP7 located in "My Files" folder on hard drive "C.") 3) Access your e-mail provider and create the e-mail message. 4) Just before sending the e-mail, click the "Attachment" button. 5) An attachment dialog box will appear. 6) Click "Attach File" button. (The "Attach URL" button allows you to send a link on the net) 7) The Netscape Program Folder and its contents will appear. 8) Click the arrow button to the right of the present folder display. 9) Find the folder where your file is located on drive "C." 10) Locate the file you wish to attach and click on the file to highlight. 11) Click either "as is" or "convert to plain text" button. You can send your file in HTML formatting, or as plain text without special formatting. 12) Click "OK" and return to the Attachments Dialog Box. 13) You can attach another file now, if you wish. Click "OK" when finished. 14) You are returned to the E-mail Dialog Box. Your attachment file name will appear "grey-ed out" next to the attachment button. 15) When you are ready to send your file, click "Send" and the e-mail will travel with the attachment as a file the receiver can download and use on their system.
