Welcome to my place !

Hi my name is Darlene and this is my first website! I am 26 years old. I graduated from Flagler College in 1998. I have my BA in Elementary Education and Education of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. I will be graduating in the Spring of 2002 with my Masters in Reading from Johns Hopkins University. I spent my first year of teaching, as well as my practicum and internship, at the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind in St. Augustine, Florida.
Currently I am living in Maryland and working in Virginia. Last year I taught 1st grade Deaf children in a Total Communication setting. This school year I looped with my students.I am now teaching second grade and teaming with a regular ed. teacher. I work at Mantua Center which is located at Mantua Elementary School. I love guinea pigs, pot bellied pigs, and dogs. My favorite color is purple. If you want to know more about me send me an email! Have a great day.
