Well, so much for doing better with updating when we combine our sites, huh? :) Things have been very busy this semester. But it's Spring Break now, and amid all the visiting and other things I'm doing while back in Michigan, I decided to spend the wee morning hours (it's 1:36 am currently) writing a quick journal entry for everyone.

It's amazing to me how fast time goes. Today, while shopping with my mom and grandmother, we stopped at the cemetary to check on the plants at my nephew's grave. It's been almost 5 years since he was born, an angel before he even had a chance to breathe. I can't believe that much time has gone by, I remember it like it was yesterday. It made me think about how important it is to live every day to its fullest. Don't take anything for granted, because no one knows what tomorrow may bring. And never forget to let those special people know just how much you care about them.

On a lighter note...I treated myself to some new music about a week ago. Went out and got the new 'N Sync album, No Strings Attached. If you haven't gotten it yet, I have one word for you...GO!! :) It is outstanding, it exceeded every expectation I could have had regarding it..and then some. I'm almost positive it will be my favorite CD purchase of the year and with my luck, I'll wear it out in no time. It's my workout CD and my travel CD and this summer it will definitely be my recovery CD. I'll be having surgery most likely this June...nothing serious but I'll be out for a few weeks. Not like anyone will notice with my terrible updating abilities...*laugh* But since it's so late, I had better get some rest. Going to help take care of my aunt tomorrow...she's been feeling pretty bad here recently and my uncle will be out of town on business. Take care everyone!!
