Over the past several years The WINDS staff has endeavored to warn, counsel, and expose the dangers that have been placed before us all. We have sustained a large readership in countries all over the world. Now The WINDS work is ending. This will be the last regular editorial. The WINDS site will be converted to a static site including these reference materials for those who wish to access them, but no new materials will be added, except in special circumstances. The following information is gathered to show the reasons for this. While we will continue to monitor e-mail, we will no longer post letters.
Our nation has just finished one of its most grueling episodes in its history. The past year has caused major shifts in our consciousness as to what belongs to truth and what does not. Whenever events like this occur, very serious changes come along with them, but few ordinary citizens realize what those changes are.
First of all, it would be well for us to review a few basic facts. What has occurred? Some years ago, Paula Jones accused the president of accosting her in a hotel room and soliciting sexual favors. The president denied that he did. During the deposition the president was asked if he had had sex with Monica Lewinski. He said he had not. Later he confessed that he had. Here he clearly revealed that he had perjured himself. He lied in this civil case which worked to deny Paula Jones her legal right of recourse. He stole from her those basic human rights we all have been led to believe we have. In saying this I am not using Clintonese, or lawyer talk to make my point. I use the basic mental faculties that God gave me to know what is or is not the truth.
Last year, we all saw the president pointing his finger as he spun his web. We all watched him do it. President Clinton was guilty of lying under oath and in every other way. It matters not what the Senate finally decided. We know. The whole world knows that Mr. Clinton is a liar and a master of manipulation. The president is guilty of a major crime and others not mentioned, but the Senate voted February 12 "not guilty." This may be a relief to many and to the Senate whose party spirit and silliness appeared after the vote, but that relief is not justified. The most serious crime was not that Mr. Clinton lied on the Paula Jones deposition. The larger crime is how the Senate responded. When people realize what happened there, they will have only a fearful looking for of judgment.
We can look as in a mirror back into the Protocols and see it all clearly:
Behold the alcoholic animals, bemused with drink, the right to an immoderate use of which comes along with freedom. It is not for us and ours to walk that road. The peoples of the GOYIM are bemused with alcoholic liquors; their youth has grown stupid on classicism and from early immorality into which it has been inducted by our special agents - by tutors [teachers], lackeys, governesses [babysitters] in the houses of the wealthy, by clerks and others, by our women in the places of dissipation frequented by the GOYIM. In the number of these last I count also the so-called "society ladies," [certain interns] voluntary followers of the others in corruption and luxury.
Our countersign is - Force and Make-believe. Only force conquers in political affairs, especially if it be concealed in the talents essential to statesmen. Violence must be the principle, and cunning and make-believe the rule for governments which do not want to lay down their crowns at the feet of agents of some new power. This evil is the one and only means to attain the end, the good. Therefore we must not stop at bribery, deceit and treachery when they should serve towards the attainment of our end. In politics one must know how to seize the property of others without hesitation if by it we secure submission and sovereignty.
One of the events caused by the Senate vote was that the law of the land was made void. Let us see how that might work itself out. A young man in his twenties finds a little girl in the park and asks her for a certain kind of sex. She consents. The parents take the young man to court for molesting their daughter. During the court trial the young man takes his oath. "I swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth as much as President Clinton does, so help me God." Would any court accept the honesty of President Clinton as honest enough? Even so, the Senate voted that the president was not guilty in that regard so all courts should now see that Clinton's level of honesty is enough. If it is enough for the highest office in the land, it is enough for a young man in the park.
The young man charged with sexual misconduct then goes on to explain that the Senate voted that the president did not have sex with Ms. Lewinski and that form of sex did not constitute having sex. Therefore, the young man goes on, "I did not have sex with that little girl in the park. It was analogous to a handshake or something." How can anyone be convicted of crimes any longer for which the president was exonerated? If the highest legislative body in the land votes that perjury and obstruction of justice is no longer perjury or obstruction of justice, we now open whole new problems for us to face. Pedophiles can no longer rightfully be charged with sex crimes with minors if they only molest children with that particular form of sexual contact since that particular form of sex is no longer considered having sex, according to the Senate. This is the ruling. If that form of sex was considered having sex, then the Senate would have had to convict the president. By deciding that the form of sex activity engaged in did not constitute sex, then the president could be exonerated. He did not lie on his deposition. The kinky, twisted logic of Clinton lawyers has only opened Pandora's box.
Now that the law of the land has been officially terminated in that no one knows for sure what is true anymore, one can know what will replace it. What will replace it is brute force. When government can use brute force, it no longer needs the rule of law and it no longer needs to reason with the population. It merely takes what it wants and if the citizen does not cooperate nicely, he will be terminated.
Constitutional government has been the nemesis of internationalist schemes for generations, but now that barrier to their efforts has been successfully removed. President Clinton and his propaganda machine has succeeded in emasculating all his enemies. Now, Mr. Clinton can line up 40 ladies a day, obstruct justice, lie under oath or any other crime he can think of, and no one will dare lay a hand to him. The highest legislative body in the land has decreed that these offenses do not rise to the level of a crime. All those in prisons around the country for these very same crimes will perceive their government as running on a double standard; one for insiders and one for the peasants.
What has now come onto the stage of action is a new definition of right. The old definition had to do with law. The new definition has only to do with power and force. This is most recently proven by the unilateral and illegal acts of the Clinton administration in regards to Iraq. The "no-fly" zones are the unilateral and arbitrary act of the Clinton administration put in place against international law. The continued harassment and murder of the Iraqi people is solely the act of force. National and international law has nothing to do with it except speak against it. Even the United Nations does not follow its own laws in that genocide by sanctions is illegal.
U.S. belligerence is becoming proverbial. When the Sudan pharmaceutical plant was bombed last year, it was an illegal act. It was against national law and international law. It was against moral law and reasonableness. It was solely an act of force for no other purpose than to punish Sudan and there was no cause established for this punishment. The United States and the United Nations both act out of personal will rather than law. Lawless aggression is the rule now.
Force, rather than law, is the new principle. From the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion we can read:
12. Our right lies in force. The word "right" is an abstract thought and proved by nothing. The word means no more than: Give me what I want in order that thereby I may have a proof that I am stronger than you.
14. In any State in which there is a bad organization of authority, an impersonality of laws and of the rulers who have lost their personality amid the flood of rights ever multiplying out of liberalism, I find a new right - to attack by the right of the strong, and to scatter to the winds all existing forces of order and regulation, to reconstruct all institutions and to become the sovereign lord of those who have left to us the rights of their power by laying them down voluntarily in their liberalism.
15. Our power in the present tottering condition of all forms of power will be more invincible than any other, because it will remain invisible until the moment when it has gained such strength that no cunning can any longer undermine it.
This day all this is now fulfilled. When the Senate yielded up their manhood and womanhood for political expediency, they officially handed the reigns of the State over to this new power and there is no possibility they will ever get them back again. They speak of a new bipartisanship while, in reality, they have bowed the knee.
Over this past year the media has skillfully manipulated public opinion in regards to the Clinton scandals. This manipulation was designed to bring to pass the very thing which transpired. For a year they swung the pendulum back and forth so as to wear out the hinge on which it hung. By the end of the year, all men were in despair of the whole situation which was never brought to a conclusion, except the conclusion which had all men throw up their hands.
We must compel the governments of the GOYIM to take action in the direction favored by our widely conceived plan, already approaching the desired consummation, by what we shall represent as public opinion, secretly promoted by us through the means of that so-called "Great Power" - THE PRESS, WHICH, WITH A FEW EXCEPTIONS THAT MAY BE DISREGARDED, IS ALREADY ENTIRELY IN OUR HANDS.
The second secret requisite for the success of our government is comprised in the following: To multiply to such an extent national failings, habits, passions, conditions of civil life, that it will be impossible for anyone to know where he is in the resulting chaos, so that the people in consequence will fail to understand one another. This measure will also serve us in another way, namely, to sow discord in all parties, to dislocate all collective forces which are still unwilling to submit to us, and to discourage any kind of personal initiative which might in any degree hinder our affair. THERE IS NOTHING MORE DANGEROUS THAN PERSONAL INITIATIVE: if it has genius behind it, such initiative can do more than can be done by millions of people among whom we have sown discord. We must so direct the education of the GOYIM communities that whenever they come upon a matter requiring initiative they may drop their hands in despairing impotence. (ibid)
In this past year we have seen clearly the reasons the nation has been put through this most terrible ordeal. It was to set the mood for the entire overthrow of everything. The Senate might have thought they were voting to get on to the "work of the people" as we have so often been told. This lie is only believed by fools and the drunken. The Senate did not do the will of the people, is not doing the will of the people and will not do the will of the people. From this day forward, it will dutifully bow the knee to the man they have set up--the lawless one.
The Scriptures speak of a day that had to come just previous to the final appearing. They read:
Now concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our assembling to meet him, we beg you, brethren, not to be quickly shaken in mind or excited, either by spirit or by word, or by letter purporting to be from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come. Let no one deceive you in any way; for that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God. Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you this?
...Then the lawless one will be revealed [exposed], and the Lord Jesus will slay him with the breath of his mouth and destroy him by his appearing and his coming. The coming of the lawless one by the activity of Satan will be with all power and with pretended signs and wonders, and with all wicked deception for those who are to perish, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. Therefore God sends upon them a strong delusion, to make them believe what is false, so that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. (From 2 Thessalonians 2).
Over the past year we have seen the man of sin exposed. Everyone saw it. The lawless one has gone out into the world to attack and starve innocent people for his own personal ends. His large sexual lusts have been justified first by the media, then by the highest legislative body in the land. The rebellion against law has taken place. This lawless one now sits in the temple as if he were God Himself. The Lord decrees what shall happen to him in his appearing.
The Scriptures go on to say that this lawless one raises to power through pretended signs and wicked deception. The WINDS has exposed much of this over the past several years. It is only those who love to believe a lie who are taken in by the ruse. This was all permitted so that those who love sin will be condemned. The number of the man of sin is 666. That is the number of his name. He forces the mark of the state (beast) on all and finally threatens all with death who will not comply.
This event occurred in history as well. Belshazzar was the man of sin. The record shows he had a great feast.
King Belshaz'zar made a great feast for a thousand of his lords, and drank wine in front of the thousand. Belshaz'zar, when he tasted the wine, commanded that the vessels of gold and of silver which Nebuchadnez'zar his father had taken out of the temple in Jerusalem be brought, that the king and his lords, his wives, and his concubines might drink from them.
Then they brought in the golden and silver vessels which had been taken out of the temple, the house of God in Jerusalem; and the king and his lords, his wives, and his concubines drank from them. They drank wine, and praised the gods of gold and silver, bronze, iron, wood, and stone.
Immediately the fingers of a man's hand appeared and wrote on the plaster of the wall of the king's palace, opposite the lampstand; and the king saw the hand as it wrote. Then the king's color changed, and his thoughts alarmed him; his limbs gave way, and his knees knocked together. (From Daniel 5).
The vessels of the temple were sacred. They were used for the emblems of the ordinances of divine purpose. They represented honor, nobility, honesty and integrity. They represented the law of God. By using these vessels for common partying, the Chaldeans were boasting of their godlikeness. Belshazzar boasted that he would sit in the temple of God as God Himself. Belshazzar would be the law and need not consult with any man or follow any man. He also had all of his servants in the Senate drink from the sacred vessels and all of his women also.
After this it says he praised the gods of gold and silver. That is to say, he began to extol the economy. He told his servants at the party how the economy is the best ever and how nothing can stop their wonderful kingdom.
Now, immediately, the handwriting of God was on the wall. "This is the interpretation of the matter...God has numbered the days of your kingdom and brought it to an end."
The President of the United States has brought the vessels of the temple into his party. The vessels of law and order are perverted to his own low tastes and now the Senate of the United States has also been made to drink the wine of Babylon from the vessels taken from the Lord's house. Freedom of conscience, justice and government by the rule of law are the vessels used from which the wine of perversion would be imbibed. All parties are intoxicated. Now the decree. God has numbered the days of your kingdom and brought it to an end.
There was a trial about two-thousand years ago similar to the one we have just witnessed. Righteousness and law was crucified because the people wanted one who was more to their liking. Jesus expected a change of heart while Barabbas offered them revolution and a new way to get their oppressors off their backs. Over this past year this has played out again. The battle was not about sex, nor was it about the president. It was about truth and justice which takes sacrifice as opposed to the rule of force which falsely promises a new age of prosperity and plenty for all.
The Congress of the United States has been under severe pressure to let Barabbas go free and to crucify Starr and all of those right wing extremists who are said to be the alternative. We heard from the media time and again, crucify him, crucify him, in reference to those who had true moral worth and sought righteous judgments. On the other hand, we also heard many voices echoing, "give us Barabbas." Indeed, as it was, Barabbas was set free and the Senate voted to crucify Christ. Not long after, the city of Jerusalem lay in ruins.
When there is opportunity to help and men still can have their choices influenced by heavenly forces, God helps them with warnings and counsel. When men are hard, but not yet impossible to reach, God may even use strong rebuke and judgment to help them adjust their distorted thinking. But when men have willingly chosen the man of sin and with eyes wide open have forsaken the way of truth, God will no longer speak to them. He will give them no warnings, nor will he give them counsel. When the Senate voted for Barabbas instead of Christ, the Lord immediately told this editor the work of The WINDS was over. You will no longer hear from us until you say, "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.'" Our work is finished. The WINDS will have nothing more to say.
Thus saith the Lord God. "They shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it. I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear comes. And then shall they cry unto the LORD, but he will not hear them: he will even hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings. And when you spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yes, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood."
For those who have kept their garments and been true to the God of heaven, fear not. Look up, for your redemption draweth neigh.
And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.
Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double.
How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow.
Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her. (Revelation 18)
