Who Da Orc?

Quite appropriately, it's the shy and retiring Ogrokh who takes centre stage in the world's first fan-produced Orcs illo, from Rakeesh (or Rak as he's known less formally, and when the spellchecker starts going into conniptions). The pose struck here by Mr. Glug perfectly demonstrates his natural modesty; it's the sort he adopts when trying to impress a passing female, and is usually followed by another, largely horizontal stance as a result of his getting bashed over the head with a wrought-iron handbag. Note also the absurdly gorgeous colouring, which led to my rejecting the original dingy browns I'd planned for Ogrokh's clothing in favour of the darker shades above. He just looks good in black, basically.
