This is my friend Ed. We have been friends since first going to college together in 1980, and have spent at least a dozen Christmas Day's visiting one another since. Ed is Joseph's Godfather, and Joseph mix's calling him Uncle Ed with Uncle Po, after his favourite teletubby! |

My Friend Rachel. I have known Rachael for nearly 10 years now, from the days when Rachael was in Sutton Crusaders: a Christian children's and youth group that I led for about 10 years. Rachael was always smiling, always helpful, and very well behaved. Even though she is now an adult we keep in touch regularly, and I was flattered to be asked to her 18th birthday barn dance just over a year ago now. Sadly Rachael's health is not very good at the moment, and has spent about three years now in a wheelchair due to ME. Despite this, Rachael tries hard to remain cheerful, and is always willing to help others. I find her an example in the way she has coped with her illness.
