Constable Sam Foulk, Tauranga Police Education Officer, is a superb teacher of this programme.Its not often you come across a instructor who relates so well to children. I think a few teachers could learn from her. She has a great repore with the kids,superb control and does great on the spot inprovisations.Her excellent control of the children means they get maximum benefit fro the message she is getting across. The kids really repond to her sense of humour and Boy! does she give the programme 110%.Sam is a real credit to herself and the N.Z Police.
