I am dedicating this page to all the loved ones in my life who were always inspirational to me.

To have met you Harold when i did
Was a divine gift from God
These cherished gifts we are given
We can have with us everywhere
They remain with us lifetime after lifetime
For if all i have are gifts like you, my family,
A special friend, and my two sons
Know that i am thankful to you God .

MEANT TO BE

You came into my life as our Creator had meant it to be
I felt a certain familiarness and energy as you looked at me
Even though it felt so right to me
I was fearful at first and had to flee
Then in your caring, silent and straightforward way
You found and wooed me the very next day.
I am so glad you did Harold as it was meant to be.......

I am so glad you chose me for your mother
For there is much we can learn from each other
Upon this earth you have walked as a loving son of mine
Heaven bestowed you to me from the Divine
There is nothing as strong as the memory of your birth
It is the greatest miracle we can share on Earth.

Upon this earth you have traveled near and far
You were God's gift to me while wishing upon a shooting star
They say you choose your parents before birth
Wanting to share and learn with them while here on Earth
And since i too had say in choosing you as my son
I would say both our requests were shined upon.

GRANDMA'S DREAM

She stood in grandma's rock garden there
A statue so pure white and tall
For this my memory does recall
It was a dream grandma had to share

It seemed a pledge grandma made one day
As she prayed and envisioned a Lady in her head
She chiseled a shape until her fingers bled
Working late at times and crying in dismay

Her faith having surpassed her lament
Whitewashed and in the garden miraculously
Was a statue grandma made for all of us to see
Once being her vision, some water and cement
Grandma passed away one day early in a year
God let us redeem it from once where it stood
Her blessed creation was to stay with family for good
She overlooks James R. now, a name to her that was so dear.

MOM

We are fortunate to have had each other
Even though we have been miles apart
In spirit i had chosen you as my mother
You are always in my heart
It was hard when you moved far away
Your grandsons and i missed much time with you
Always hoping you would move back one day
I often wondered if you had missed us too
Some days we could have taken long walks
As i missed that by not being near to you
Or we could have just sat and had idle talks
I had hoped you felt and missed that too
You have been a caregiver to those close by you
And you love having fun and being busy on the run
God also had given you a purpose in being a mother too
May you be most thankful for it all when the day is done.

DENISE

My younger sister Denise
Seems to take life with ease
Daily she will walk a good mile
Always has a beautiful smile
She is loving and giving
Has a great respect for living
Practicing yoga and learning meditation
She is always ready for a beach vacation
She has certainly come a long long way
Seeking enlightenment every day
We have shared many joys and sorrows
And know we will for many tomorrows.

JESUS

"His Way" is not on the road to fortune and fame
It is to love one another without fear or blame
Also to learn and understand the very purpose of our being
His name is Jesus.......
He was a man who became Christ
having allowed His Inner Power to give Him strength
becoming One with God.
