About the Writer:
Mr. Monacelli practiced law in New York City until 1969 when he retired to Florida.   He holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame and from Georgetown University Law School.  he served two terms as president of the Nortre Dame Law Association.   He is a bible school graduate.
