TIC-TOC

We tape two shows on the first Tuesday of each month. They are shown on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays at 7pm on Sacramento ACCESS Channel 73. The shows are repeated on Wednesday at 11 a.m., and on Friday at 3 a.m. This is a popular time for those who want to videotape the shows from ACCESS Cablecast.

Please note:

We are looking for clubs that are interested in having their meetings videotaped. We use a modified agenda (1 speaker, 3 table topics to be completed in 25 (minutes). That allows us to present a half-hour Toastmaster Program. We do have openings for clubs who are interested in appearing as a Guest Club. If you want a guest speaker to discuss Tic-Toc Productions at your club please call Marvyn Drake at 916-381-6494, or e-mail mdrake@cwnet.com if you are interested.

If you have an advanced manual speech, including those that require a panel, or multiple speakers, let us videotape it for you. We will give you a copy of the show tape for your home use or showing your club members how you look on TV. We encourage all toastmasters to give it a try.

The Viewfinder, The bulletin for Access Sacramento, contains the schedule for programs. A quarterly publication, "Workshops", is available at the ACCESS Office. It lists all of the classes the instructor, and fees. Stop by at ACCESS during the week (Monday -Friday) and pick up a schedule. Start with the Orientation Class. We need more people with studio training. These classes are one of the reasons that we pay for the memberships to ACCESS from our dues.  The class fees are your responsibility, and for your benefit.

Training is available for various aspects of TV production and Studio operation. We need Camera Operators, Video Editors, and people interested in enhancing their training in Studio Production, i.e.,

Lighting, Audio, On location, or remote operations, and other aspects of TV Production.
