We happily receive short articles, preferably in english and on the following themes:
(1) The Externalisation of the Hierachy and the Reappearance of the Christ (as below)
(2) The New Group of World Servers (as introduced in the writings of Alice A. Bailey).
(3) The purpose and characteristics of Arhatship (various sources are available).
(4) Discipleship in the New Age (perhaps according to personal experience)
(5) The History of Humanity, and the correspondences to various cycles of the seven rays. (many sources must be juxtaposed)
(6) The interaction between Humanity and the sub-human
Kingdoms, especially the correct attitude towards animals. (both neo-theosophical
and agni yoga studies are usefull approaches to this field, which soon
will be enlighted by a minor avatar, early in the third millenium
according to AAB)
(7) The activities and status of the major planetary inlets (close to London, New York, Darjeeling, Geneva and Tokyo) as well as the massive tendecy to crises and obstruction of evolution in relation to the major distribution centres of the material forces. (both categories of activity can be observed on television in all open societies)

(RE 1:) The Externalisation of the Hierachy and the Reappearance of the Christ. (13-11-99, PK)
(1.1) The Western Civilisation is in many ways a product of the Pythagorean impulse starting in perhaps the sixth century B.C. introducing e.g. the decimal number system in anscient Greece, hence in Europe. The holy tetraktys, often pictured as four rows of 1, 2, 3 and 4 dots, respectively, thus forming a triangel representing the first ten natural numbers 1,2, ... 10 - and to the majority this was probably the only symbolism recognised (in itself fairly mystical in those days). This concept of numbers was also one of the outer signs of the readiness of the concrete or lower mind to be developed, with all the implications so well known today, in our socalled scientific epoque. In anscient Greece the group of pythagoreans initiated many of those ideas so well known today, and the long historical process from gaia-centric to helio-centric concepts is an example of how this group had distant goals.
The pythagorean group was semi-exoteric, and an original school of Pythagoras (or K.H.) at Crotona in Italy and later the Platonic Academeia of Athens, to mention two commonly known refugias, survived for centuries. Around the time when Hypathia was slaughtered by a christian mob and the famous library of Alexandria was burned to the ground (around 415 A.C.) the group became increasingly esoteric, and remained so until very recently.
Members of the Great White Brotherhood has allways incarnated within the human family in order to anchor new concepts and ideas, but usually without any claim of status or resourcefullness. It is only after the Great World Wars 1914-45 that the climate again has become so refined, that a new and far more general externalisation of the Hierachy has become possible. In the following we shall see what are the immediate goals and methods of the socalled New Age or Aquarian Age, and the main source to this knowledge is the book The Externalisation of the Hierachy by Alice A. Bailey (published from Lucis Trust). Perhaps we will also notify, how the concrete mind if not the decade has been implemented on the computers of the world, so that the intelligentsia can move from the decade to the perfect number of twentytwo, the number of the adept, representing the energies of the seven rays, the twelve constallations and the three levels or aspects of life. Just as for the anscient greeks numbers are important (in fact they simply are) but now on a higher turn of the spiral, the evolution ever driven upwards by the great cosmic magnet.
The phases of the Externalisation of the Hierachy and the return of the Christ are three, sometimes stated as the period until 1975 (where the possibility of the return of the Christ is introduced to the public), the period 1975-2025 (where the preparation of the externalisation is worked out within the New Group of World Servers), and finally the period after 2025 (where the externalisation of the Hierachy including the Christ and his senior co-workers is becomming a fact to anyone who can recognise such a fact). The advantage of writing this memo now, in the midle of the second period, consist in the possibility of comparing some of the concrete proffecies of Alice A. Bailey/D.K. made just after the World Wars but concerning the present time, and the actual state of the world as it can be observed and recognised. Within a number of fields certain events in a progressiv order are claimed to happen.
Some of the most spectacular events are being displayed on the political scene and transmittet to the world by television. Also the crises within various religions are to be observed. And finally there are much food for reflection in the various events of the field of economics, science, medicine and others. All these events seem to be related to great world workers as we shall see - in fact we are told that some of the senior workers of the world are passing through the Arhat-degree and the Aseka-degree in one incarnation just to meet the need of the present world situation, and though non of these workers would ever claim any hierachical status, they apparantly possess such qualities, since they are working for the common good and with global influence and succes beyond any doubts - and especially those attaining the Arhat-degree, as their personality living must be spectacular as well as enhancing to the observing public, though not necessarily so painfull and distressing, as in the case of the life of Jesus (perhaps a Piscean Age characteristic), but rather triumphant and eventually joyfull (in Aquarious).
(1.2) In the following we shall examine the proffecies of the second period or phase, and consider if we can recognise any correspondences in the world of today (just here towards the new millenium and prior to the next outlet of Shambala energies scheeduled at the Wesak fullmoon of May 2000 with its unfailing synthetic effects on the globe) and we also remind of the order of the apperance and fully organising of the seven major Ashrams, under ray activity: 2, 7, 4, 6, 5, 3, 1 ( according to The Rays and the Initiations, also by Alice A. Bailey - another important source to the comming Age) .
