Albany Wesleyan Mission Policy

Each year, usually in September, Albany Wesleyan holds its Missions Convention. At that time the missions budget is set through Faith Promises. Through the year as people give to missions in faith all moines not specifically designated for another mission are divided equally for the support of the mission ministries under our charge. Once a mission is selected to be supported by Albany Wesleyan, we pledge to support them in this manor until they retire from the mission field. In the course of time missionaries return to the United States for the purpose of reporting, training and raising support. It is during this furlough year these missionaries are invited to return and share with us what God is doing through their lives in the world. Our missions families are on a rotating schedule so as each year we can see and hear the work these families are doing with the help of God and His call for faithfulness in us.
