| 16th | KWAR Merchant Wesite updated. A layout of the Merchant's Area has been added. Also, the size and number of tables has been comfirmed. There are 5-6x21/2 tables and 26-3x3 tables. Finally, Clan Pharlain Creations and Hasan of Atlantia have been added to the list of merchants planning on attending. |
| 9th | KWAR Merchant News Update The latest KWAR meeting was held last night. The following is the latest info pertaining to merchants -There will be NO SPECIAL OR EXTRA fees for merchants. The site/feast fee is the only fee. Site fee WILL BE WAIVED if the merchant decides to 'donate' a 'prize' toward the rapier competitions. The good gentle handling the 'prizes' does not have email access(no computer). Please contact me for his snail mail address. -Full page and half page ad space is available in the KWAR handbook. Please email me for contact info on prices and other details. -The area merchants are located in is called CENTER STAGE. I hope to scan a map and post it here at a future date. Apprx. size of Center Stage is forthcoming. Tables , both 6'X4' and 3'X3' are still available. -Any merchants willing to give an A&S class on handmade items they sell, please refer to the POC page for the gentle to contact on that. Any type of A&S class is welcome. -At this time, until I am told differently, there is to be NO LIVE STEEL ON THE CAMPUS GROUNDS. This means no daggers, swords etc will be allowed to be displayed. Sorry folks, campus rules. If we can get this waived, I will let you know. - The next meeting is set for June, possibly the 8th. More info will follow at that time if not sooner. |
