Some Pictures for the visitor and for my friends.

More will follow as I get a chance...

Here stands Gene Talley (center) after his ordination into the office of public ministry (the proclamation of the Word and administration of the sacraments) (October 1997).

He's a good guy. He now serves out on the East Coast. His brother and my college roomate (right) Mark Talley and I share many things, especially our eclectic tastes in music and art. I enjoy conversation with him and miss him; he's in CO, to be married soon.

I'm on the left. My mother would kill me if she knew I went to an ordination without a tie or bow-tie. Too bad. The place is the Chapel of the Cross at Luther Seminary, St. Paul, MN.

This is me in front of Ytterboe hall at St. Olaf College. (Spring 1995). Ytterboe is now no more to make way for Buntrock Commons(tm)(c).

I have no specific remorse about the building going down. The new building does raise my eyebrows concerning how it will affect the flow of the campus.

I did have a great class in "Ytt" and snuck up to the attic once. I also helped store couches in it and moved some bikes once.

I wish I would have gone twice to see the ghosts; where will they go now?

Coming soon: pictures of my Opa, Karl-Heinz Walter, my own papa in Germany as a youth, Chris Flora and I at the Field of Dreams at Dyersville, IA., and maybe some ice-skating endevours now that it's winter (Dec 1998), etc. To be sure, some pictures which show my hair as it really is. Yeesh.
