T.J.'s uncle Ainsley is always messing around and this time his time machine, intended to take T.J. and Ainsley into the past, brings Captain Billy to them. Captain Billy has a great time in the twentieth century but some of his actions threaten to get T.J. into trouble. He watches game shows on TV and eating Big Macs -- but he also burglarizes stores and pickpockets people. T.J. just has to find a way to get Captain Billy back home. But Captain Billy doesn't want to go.
