It clearly and candidly deals with the essentiality of water baptism and its distinction of being the ONE BAPTISM of Ephesians four. It deals with what Holy Spirit baptism IS and what it IS NOT. It deals with the many interpretations of the baptism of fire: whether it's the "tongues as of fire" in Acts 2, the fiery destruction of Jerusalem in AD70 as per Matthew 3:10-12 or whether it's hellfire.
