The Love of Two

The wind in your hair,
The sun on your skin,
The water rippling behind you,
I can see no sin.

The love for you,
Is a tital wave,
Rolling and crushing my soul,
And the heart I gave.

Your restless love,
Is the summer breeze,
Passing and glancing,
Barely touching me.

In my mind,
I can see,
You imprisoned in light,
Looking back at me.

This is the memory I hold,
Neither good or bad,
Just simply you,
And that one summer we had.

This one was about the very clear memory I have of an old friend and a summer we spent together. One day, on the beach, the sun broke through the clouds broke up and sunshine suddenly washed over him. It made a very strong immpression on me.
