Those of my Heart

My gifts are
Pains beyond numbers
From the ones I love
More than all others

I try to be
A beacon on a stormy coast
There for all the lonely souls
That need me most.

I'm out there to save them all
To help them to dry land
I stand ther waiting on the shore.
But they have to take my hand.

Nikki, my friend,
You're throwing your life away.
I can't stop you
And I don't know what to say.

Dawn, my sister,
Do you realize how dear you are?
You're so close to my heart.
But our paths have wandered so far.

Krystal, my child,
Open your eyes.
See the danger you flirt,
And the pain that with it lies.

Shanna, my shea,
For your happiness I yearn.
I only wish to save you
From the painfull lessons I've learned.

Oh God, my heavenly father,
I pray for your love.
Take these girls in your arms
And watch over them from above.

Oh Jesus, my savior,
I step out on my own.
Please take my cares and worries,
And help me to know I'm never alone.
