Young Love

Under the stars of yesterday,
In an embrace so tight,
Two innocent young lovers lay,
Enjoying the beauty of the night.

But is thier love forever,
Will it be there until the end,
Or will the world succeed to sever,
What no man can ever mend.

But the two lovers think not,
Of this world of push and shove,
For between them there is just one thought,
That of their own young love.

This poem was inspired by a friend of mine, and her boyfriend. These two were very inspirational to me. Their relation was the basis of many of my poems. Thank you Melissa. I wish you and Tony all the luck in your lives.
