When you place the mouse pointer over any link it will turn into a
hand with the index finger extended.
Text links will always be underlined, but not always blue
as in the picture.
When you see a graphic that is linked, there may be a colored border,
but it's not a requirement.
On the world wide web, you only need to click on a link once
to activate it.
Remember that at certain times during the day, like lunch, the world
wide web can be a busy, and unfortunately, slow place. When you click on
a link, and you don't get a response immediately, try waiting a little
longer. A lot of people might be trying to get at the same link that you
are!
