Klinker is a real "teacher's pet".  She joined our family in December 1998.
She was named after Roxy the witch's cat from the story
Big Bad Bruce by Bill Peet.  If you read this story, look carefully at the
pictures of Roxy's Klinker.  I think our Klinker looks just like her.
