Toastmasters gave me the confidence to run for the Governor of Kiwanis, for the area of Arizona and New Mexico, standing up for what I believed in front of 600 people during a very contentious election.

      DISTRICT 3 COUNCIL MEETING

      Club Presidents and/or Vice Presidents Education

      Please complete this form, clip and carry it to the Credentials Desk at the District 3 Fall Conference. The business meeting will begin at 10:30 am on Saturday, November 1, 1997 in Prescott, AZ at the Prescott Resort on Highway 69. The Credentials Desk will be open from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, October 31st, and from 7-10:15 am on Saturday, November 1st.

      A club President and/or Vice President of Education may designate, in writing, and other member of his or her club to act as the club's proxy at the District Council meeting. Each member of the District Council or designated proxy holder is entitled to one vote. Toastmasters carrying both proxies from their Club are entitled to two votes. District Officers entitled to vote may cast a maximum of three votes. All other Toastmasters are limited to a maximum of two votes.
