  What is Toastmasters?

Toastmasters International is a world-wide organization dedicated to helping individuals from all walks of life improve their communication and leadership skills. Toastmasters International has been helping people like you since 1924, click here for an explanation of how.

The Toastmasters program takes a hands on approach to improving your speaking skills. You learn by participating in a Toastmasters club.  There are 21 clubs in the greater Rochester area; most of them meet twice a month. All of the clubs provide a friendly and supportive atmosphere that fosters your growth into a dynamic communicator.

What happens at a Toastmasters meeting?

A Toastmasters meeting generally consists of three parts:
