Mike Sheard, Director
18 years police experience in British Columbia. Prior to that with the London City Police in Ontario. Private Corporate Security Consultant.
Sessional Instructor at the Justice Institute of British Columbia, the R.C.M.P Fairmont Training Academy, Saskatchewan Police College, Atlantic Police Academy, and a number of other Police Departments and Municipalities.

Training Experience
We provide training, both within the police environment and as a police training consultant, coordinating and teaching Strategic Problem Solving courses in Provincial Police Colleges across Canada and the United States.l
We also lecture at Simon Fraser University, The University College of Fraser Valley, Douglas University College, Kwantlen College, Langara Vancouver Community College, and several Provincial Police Colleges.
Areas of expertise include police related courses and topics including Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design, Effective Presentation Courses, Human Factors in Environmental Design, Risk Assessments, Urban Planning, and Security Lighting. For over 10 years these courses have been well received by a variety of groups including Police Personnel, architects, Planners, and Educators.
