Greetings,

The dominant theme during my life has been my commitment to a progressive work environment, and improving the quality of the work. My commitment to those values should be considered an asset to any business concerned about long term viability with emphasis on employee, and customer relations.

I have skills and experience in many areas, and learn new skills quickly. I feel this multi-disciplinary approach widens vision: allowing better appreciation for the work of others, making it easier to adapt to new situations, and providing a much more comprehensive view of any scenario. This should be a better strategy for survival in a global economy than specialization in a small area of expertise.

My mid-term goal is to train to become a trainer in the systems of Six Sigma, and TRIZ. Concurrently, to begin training others in these methodologies with the intent of lessening the suffering of other sentient beings, dealing with under-evolved systems or processes. There seems to be almost a vacuum in small to mid-sized businesses, especially the service sector. Perhaps I can find a niche where I can integrate my past experience and studies.

In closing, I seek a "win/win" situation. It is important to me to work with an organization that shares and practices the principles of egalitarianism and the "New Philosophy" as expressed by Deming, Juran, Baldridge, Fripp, Kriegel, and others. Currently I am training in "Six Sigma" with "Juran Institute", and "Theory of Inventive Problem Solving" with "Ideation International" to further my knowledge in this area. I wish to work together for mutual gain, with intelligence, adaptability, and respect for all. I am looking for an organization that has a serious commitment to step forward with honor, pride, and vision into this new millennium.
