Branch Manager – 1996 – Started a new
branch in Rawang, Selangor. Duties involved liaison with contractor for
the renovation of the bank premises with particular attention to branch
security, recruitment of staff, training of staff, allocation of resources,
setting up procedures and systems for the branch. Total staff –7

Branch Manager – 1998 – Transferred to
Kuantan to manage a bigger branch, total staff force – 26. Redesigned the
branch organisation structure. Reviewed the existing procedures and systems,
patching up gaps that arise during the review and audit of the present
systems. Motivating the staff and giving general direction to guide them.
