So much has happened since we last spoke.
Christmas, New Year's, Ramadan.
My tenure in the Information department of the Lowe Group is soon to come to an end, so it will be a change of environment for Drew. It's a shame because I've had a really nice time here. Looks like it could be back to suit city. I'll let you know how that turns out. Christmas - lovely time of year, but I'm glad it's over. The pressure is immense, which is surprising considering that Susan increasingly takes care of all of the presents. That merely increases my feelings of guilt, but then, isn't that what the holidays are about! New Years - Now that's a real holiday! Actually, New Year's Day is the most important day off of the year, because it abuts New Year's Eve. This NYEVE Susan and I were joined by our chums John and Jane at Luba's Russian Bistro. Fantastic! Great food, lots of vodka (lots of flavours, too) and we made many Russian friends. Yoshi moy droog! That much fun, of course, requires a good, solid hangover the next day. My body obliged - but not to the previous year's extent. Something of a relief there, let me tell you. Ramadan - forgot again! Damn! On the bad news front - My parents are splitting up. Heavy duty. I found out on the weekend. Very hard to believe, although this has been building up for a while, apparently. They've been married almost 33 years. Very hard. Well, that's it for now. Could have more exciting news next week, so keep your eyes glued to this website, friends. Ta for now,
